The U.S. Supreme Court: Remove Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia

A judge at any level should be impartial and fair and make himself available to listen to testimony regardless of his personal views. This Justice has already admitted publically in front of an audience at the American Enterprise Institute in Washington, D.C as well as other public events since that he will rule against issues of gay rights and abortion. The job of a judge is to listen to facts, research the accusations and make a fair and legal judgement based on the Constitution of the United States. Justice Antonin Scalia is not giving the opportunity to listen to the arguments presented to him before making a judgement. He should be removed from his position for reasons that the Constitution allows for a fair trial to an impartial court. His premature and publically vocal comments are not fair nor impartial and he is not fit to sit on the panel of Justices ruling on the lives of millions of citizens of this country.
