since 2003,Massachusetts family court,has "passed the buck" whenit comes to non custodialparentsrights. My son, was taken from me longer than 10 years. I recently found he was in another state,only through D.S.S.My son has been abused and neglected, been in foster care over 10 times,and I was never notified of any of this until recently. Massachusetts family court, and DOR/CSE needs to investigate more thoroughly every claim, paper, and docket, before casting their judgement.If they cannot do that they need to stand aside, and let REAL PARENTS, raise their children
