My life story has been riddled with one congruent narrative...people leaving.

In every story there is a victim and a hero, and I have been the victim for too long. I am taking charge of my story and deciding to play the hero. I am standing up for what is right...people staying.

I am FOR people staying, therefore, I am FOR Rachel Bath to be my permanent people leader.
