Jorge Moris has been bullying and mistreating children the first moment he got hired to slam miami charter school. We as students have the responsibility to ensure a safe environment for our acedemic education and by getting jorge fired we will achieve freedom and justice for all students. This decision is not out of hate or malice towards said person but for overall student well being and for safer school halls. Further proof of Jorge's disregard for students and staff is how he works along side his own security guard co-workers and by questioning some of them we got to know that he enjoyed to not lift up a single finger to help his co-workers but loved to take all the praise for the work he didn't do. Moreover they also explained to me that jorge complained to the heads of the school about how his co-workers made him do all the work and how they didn't do anything. To conclude, jorge moris has been proven to disrupt this school's peaceful and safe environment and by firing and or changing his job to something else we the students would be able to finish this school year as best as possible.
