The State Of California: Mandate the use of a Jury of Peers to decide the fate of Children
this is needed to correct the adoption process of children taken from their parents and put up for adoption by the child protective services while many circumstances could be the cause of a child being taken into the custody of the child protective services. many times the reasons for removal are less clear and taking a child from his family usually causes emotional damage to the child in itself this law would require a jury to decide the final fate of a child before it is offered up for adoption by another couple or family it would give priorities to the grandparents. and let a group of impartial citizens decide the childs fate instead of it being decided by the child protective services itself and it's government experts. we need to let the people decide not the local county experts and apointed judges behind closed doors. let's bring it out in the open and let the people decide.
