We, the undersigned, consisting of the members of Philippines-American Tennis Association of Maryland (PATAMA) and the residents of the surrounding communities of North-East Baltimore County, hereby call on the State Government of Maryland Headed by Governor Larry Hogan thru Member of the House of Delegate Harry Bhandari of District 8, to take action towards the repair, improvements and maintenance of Perry Hall High School (PHHS) outdoor tennis/ basketball facilities consisting of 4 tennis courts and 1 basketball court . We would like to seek State Government Funding that can support/ finance the following:

1. Installation of new or improvement of tennis courts and basketball court luminaires and poles.

2. Installation of wind breakers in tennis court.

3. Four umpire chairs and four score keepers/ boards for tennis court.

4. Resurfacing of tennis court pavement.

5. New Tennis nets.

6. New boards, rings, nets and paintings for basketball court.

7. Painting and resurfacing of basketball court pavement.
