Women's Right to Education in Somalia

This petition had 76 supporters

We want to instate a law to require women to attend school. We learned that in Somalia, 95% of women did not attend school, and those who did went for 0.3 years on average. We want to help the Somalian women reach their full potential, and help the Somalian government. We will help the Somalian government by educating these women to be literate, and by doing that, the GDP in Somalia will raise. We hope to implement a similar law to Cuba, where the literacy rate of women is resting at 99.8%.
