Create a law that authorizes randomized drug tests in professional sports

World wide, professional athletes turn to drug use to enhance their training and performance which is illegal and oftentimes goes unnoticed. We propose that a legal bill be passed that authorizes The Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport (CCES) to do randomized drug testing in professional athletes throughout their training processes as well as the already existing drug tests pre-game or event. This action is purposed in hopes to eliminate unfair and potentially dangerous practices that may not be recognizable immediately before a sports even or competition.
