This change could affect a large group of People Of Color: black men and women across the United States and provide proof of police brutality or prevent it.  The main element of this problem is the number of black Americans that have died due to police brutality. We see officers using excessive force on unarmed black Americans and we see more stories on the news of black Americans dying. Black people are victims of discrimination and prejudice, and the cost of this prejudice is that they are being falsely accused,  being sent to prison and they are dying. The groups affected the worst are usually black men or black teenagers.  These groups are the prime victims because they are fifty percent more likely to be guilty of crimes they are charged with than other convicted murderers.against the justice system by millions making the city more efficient. Police body-worn cameras increase accountability, transparency, and trust. They can affect reducing the officer’s use of force, citizen complaints, and other negative outcomes.
