Yogesh Prajapati started this petition to the Secondary Education Selection Board Prayagraj and

Honorable Sir, for the past many years, the Secondary Education Selection Board Prayagraj has been issuing arbitrary posts in the subject of TGT PGT in the subject of art, causing injustice to the qualified candidates.
The eligibility criteria for selection issued in 2020, is being done on the basis of the rules issued by the Secondary Education Services Selection Board for selection in 1921, which is almost 100 years old, whereas the field of arts has undergone a radical change so far. Finest degree in art field are BFA (4 years) and MFA (2 years), by passing the one-year subject of Intermediate Technical Arts is being given more preference then these both degrees . Today in all the premier educational institution of the country, Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti Delhi, Selection Commission Chandigarh Education Department, where visual art degrees are preferred by without tgt, pgt, and any other diploma for fine art teachers.
The irony is that the Teacher's Senior Certificate Examination of the Mayo School of Arts in Lahore, Pakistan, which has no existent in our own nation, has been considered as qualified for the Secondary Education Selection Board. They are still running on the ancient ideology and playing with the future of deserving candidates
Honorable Chief Minister sir, we would like to draw your attention toward this that in the past several advertisements in 2009 and 2013, BFA and MFA degree holder candidates have been appointed but presently, the Commission is conducting its own arbitrary interview as sometimes BFA students are being included in the interview and sometimes they are being stopped. In 2016, in the eligibility criteria TGT and PGT was not compulsory , whereas in the new release PGT and TGT has been made compulsory, Honourable Chief Minister sir, where Public Service Commission has given qualification to Technical Arts in ALT Grade Arts teacher recruitment there BFA and MFA degrees have been disqualified by Public Service Commission. Sir, It is a request that BFA, BA and MFA & MA The qualification of painting should be kept so that a truly deserving and qualified art teacher can be recruited and Sir, I humbly request you to remove the eligibility criteria of 1921 and should kept BFA, MFA. and MA (FINE ARTS) as the actual qualification for the fine arts.
