It is unfair that SCP 4999 gets the title of 'Someone to Watch Over Us' when all he does is hand out cigarettes to grandmas on their death beds. Marv has been helping us find, learn about, and contain SCPs for █ years. He has done a great Service for the foundation, and thus deserves the title of 'Someone to Watch Over Us' much more then some walking cigarette ad of an anomaly. We will need to replace SCP 4999's file with one of Marv. So, what do you say, why don't we [REDACTED] and secure justice for Marv!
