Change the hours of school so kids don't have to wake up before the suns up

Kids should not have to wake up at 6:00 am or earlier in order to get to school on time. Children and teens need at least 9 to 11 hours of sleep a night. Most kids are in sports and activities that sometimes don't end intill 10 pm this can cause them to only get 6 hours of sleep a night which is not healthy. When kids and teens get less sleep there more likely to be stressed, have anxiety, depression or worse. The recommended time for a child or teen to go to bed is between 6:30-8:30 pm if they plan on getting up between 6:00-7:00 am. This is pretty unrealistic if they have activities, homework and if their parents get off work at 5:30 pm or later, especially if their too young to make their own supper. Then they probably won't be done eating until 7:30-8:00 pm or later. The recommended time for kids and teens to wake up is 8:00 am and that's when some schools start class and a lot start even earlier.
