The Osceola school district has decide to ban animals from being in the classroom at horizon middle school. We had a bunny, guinea pig, snake (not dangerous in any way), and a bearded dragon. These animals weren’t just there to be there, they were emotional support animals for most students, helped us learn the behaviors of their kind and more. It’s absolutely devastating that we aren’t allowed to have them in the classroom anymore and furious that we weren’t given a reason why.
