At MCHS trans kids cannot uses their preferred bathroom. Yes there is a gender neutral bathroom but some of us are not gender neutral. Their school policy is used your assigned by birth genders bathroom or the gender neutral. Trans kids using the bathroom is not a threat. Anything people are worried about can happen with or without letting trans people use their preferred bathroom. I have heard many people using the gender neutral bathroom inapropreatly. They are also not convenient as there is only one on each floor. So for central campus with only one floor there is only one. I am not gender neutral and I am not a girl so I should use the boys bathroom or at least have the choice to along with others like me. How would anyone know someone is trans anyway without looking at their parts if they are not out.
