Our School is Too Hot To Learn – Sign The Petition!

If you’re stuck in a stuffy office, you’ll know how difficult it is to focus when the surrounding is hot.

So imagine how children feel in a baking classroom during summer school lessons.
Basically the heat is unbearable in classrooms.

Students come out of school all sweaty and sick from the heat.

‘They have one tiny fan in the classroom which honestly does not make a difference and the upper floors have no fans.

Many of you probably went to school in the 1970s and 1980s, without air conditioning. But feel the temperature we are felling right now, and you will see just how much hotter it has gotten over the years:

Last year, a US study found a link between heat and lower academic achievement, making the case that installing air conditioning in schools could make a big difference to learning.
Our group aims to create several online petition with the goal, of making school a cool place to learn.

Our group aims to create Change.org petition, a facebook group or a blog to help achieve our goal. We will be creating infographs and other related information connected to the petition about having an air conditioned classroom.

The scope of our project is to be able to reach the communities administration to sign our petition.
We will be requiring a week to develop this project and we will start our promotion right after we have uploaded the website. We will also be using resources that will help this project to be successful. Our expenses may include the presenting of campaign materials .We will also be using free services already offered by Facebook, Blogger, and Change.org.
