Change injustices of Visa applications to the UK

At the moment, where proven injustices or failings are made by the UK Immigration Office responsible for travel visas to the UK, usually the ECO, (Entry Clearance Officer), in their decision to refuse the applicant a visa, if in the course of your application, you suffer financial loses, you cannot legally apply for compensation of these losses, and these can be costs of the visa application, travel to and fro to apply your visa, phone calls, emails, even whole flight costs where the applicant absolutely cannot see any reason for refusal, (all conditions being totally met, no criminal record and no negativeness towards the UK country) in their application, I have first hand experience of this, as I have this week been informed that my wife in the far east (I am the financial sponsor) and baby have been refused a 6 month visitor visa, I'd already spent £2,000 on plane tickets and my wife's enormous one day ferry journey travelling to the UK visa processing centre an island hop away. We were both absolutely flabbergasted at the refusal, especially as my wife has previously lived in UK for well over a year, returning because of chronic home sickness. My baby daughter does not need a visa she has a British Passport. The change I am seeking is the legal right to claim losses where you can prove injustices or failings or both have been carried out by the Home Office Foreign Visas Processing Centres.
