La Delizia Chelse Manor street SW3 5RZ  has been subject to a planning restriction after 33 years of trouble free operation. I hope The Royal Borough of K&C  consider intervening to reverse the decision in order to maintain what is a neighborhood tradition much valued by residents and customers from the wider royal borough.
