I am asking that you take the time out to sign this petition & stand with NATE MUNGIN on HUMAN RIGHTS. I am also asking for and am grateful for any type of help I can get at this time. Right now my father Nathaniel Mungin Jr. the patriarch of my family is facing trial in the state of Pennsylvania for exercising his 2nd Amendment right of the U.S. Constitution, which protects the right to keep and bear arms, as well as his natural born right and nature as a man to provide for and protect his family. Nathaniel is a 53 y/o father of 10, grandfather to 5, homeowner, former foreman for Local 1 PCC Mechanic, and former foreman for Brisk waterproofing western group façade. Nathaniel is an upstanding citizen and has never been in trouble with the law until now. His family means everything to him. He was placed in a position every man hopes he never has to encounter, the moment he has to protect his family as well as his own life. On 12/29/20 he was placed in this very situation, in which now the state of Pennsylvania is carrying it out as attempted homicide. My family is suffering a great deal behind this. This is Nathaniel Mungin’s 1stoffense he has never been incarcerated he beats the statistic of the likelihood of a black male being incarcerated at some point of his life which is 16.2%. Nathaniel is and always has been a present father in the household (again beating another statistic 43% U.S. kids live in fatherless homes black households make up 57% of those).

I am asking for any contributions that will help us obtain a new lawyer that will address his case for exactly what it is which is self-defense.

I am also bringing awareness to the fact that you can be an upstanding tax paying citizen, never been to jail, registered gun owner, and still not be able to legally protect yourself or your family should they be in danger and this situation is evident of that. This is definitely an eye opener.

We are also looking for any political support that can be deemed necessary, journalist, activist, YouTube streamers or reporters who may want to cover this story as well as the topic of:  …➡️HUMAN RIGHTS ⬅️AS A MAN TO PROTECT HIS CHILD. 

Our goal right now is $8K, we’ve already put our family house up to bail him out.
