Change the 'on hold' music in use on DWP phone lines

It's stressful & challenging - particularly for vulnerable people- to ring the DWP. I've been an Advice Worker for a decade and I've never succeeded in getting through first time - being subjected to a sample of Vivaldi's 'Spring' interspersed with a recorded message does my head in. Imagine how customers feel - they are benefit claimants & therefore close to the poverty line, 1 in 4 experience a mental health problem each year, and they're usually ringing because something's awry with their claim. Their phone credit is eaten up - I've been on hold for 90 minutes before - and they're unnecessarily persecuted by Vivaldi and the monotone message. The DWP needs more staff to man their phone lines (like NOW) and the appalling 'lift music' needs binned.
