Treatment of the clients: 
This shelter is founded by the region of Waterloo to help homeless and under privileged youth. Since my encounters with them in May 2019 I have seen them discriminate, belittle and punish the people who use their services excessively. 

Safety Issues: 
As well as having there have been consistent issues every food inspection since 2018 and the risk of food borne illness has been exceptionally high. They also put a large number of highly flammable tents in a confined space without consolation the fire department. This led to people having to call the fire department and the tents being mandated to come down due to the dangers. 

The End Goal: 
the end goal is to get a meeting with the Chair people at the region of Waterloo to hold them accountable for their despicable behaviors to the underprivileged people they serve.
