Workplace bullying is endemic in New Zealand.  It is a silent cancer in your workplace, it is often invisible but it is there and it destroys lives everyday.

“Workplace bullying is repeated and unreasonable behaviour directed towards a worker or a group of workers that can lead to physical or psychological harm.”

Test the theory!  Next time you are socialising, say to the group, “I was bullied in my workplace,” and make a mental note of the number of people in the group immediately reply,”Me Too!”

Help the “Enoughisenough Action Group” to expose the reality of this epidemic and be part of the sea change that is occurring in New Zealand.

Add your voice to the call for change.  People who have been bullied in the workplace are not Victims - they are Gladiators for change!
