XXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXXX used PTSD as his reason for his pedophilia.  The PTSD diagnosis was only given after charges were laid.  He subsequently walked away with only having to serve a sentence of 18 months in custody to be served in the community.  He has a life long history of sexual deviance even prior to any military service.

He, himself having been in the medical field for 33 yrs, thus treating Members of the Canadian Armed Forces, knew first hand what to say in order to obtain the PTSD diagnosis once it convenienced him.

Given the extensive sexual history displayed before his "combat tours", we request the court reconsider Mr XXXXXXXXX sentence.
