As students, we have come to realize that co-Ed status does in fact make a difference in our day-to-day education. It is not practical that all girls are friends with each other and the same for the boys. It is one thing to go back to school during this pandemic but also another to go back and not see our friends. This is a hard time to indulge everything and this change is big. We do understand that we are going back to school because we need to continue with the academic year and not everything has to go the way we want it but it will be difficult to continue with school, not being comfortable. As much as we go to school to learn, the environment we are in largely contributes to our learning. We do realize that this change to gender segregation in the grades is for the better and prevention of Covid-19 but segregating the boys from the girls has its effects. One of the reasons the students in grades 10 and 11 proudly chose our school was because of the co-Ed status. 
We would like the reconsideration of segregating the genders.
