MEMORANDOM OF PETITION FOR IMPLIMENTATION OF SAUDI ARABIA,NORTH KOREA,AFGHANISTAN,EGYPT,IRAN AND CHINA COUNTRIES LAWS IN INDIA

TO:

HONOURABLE PRIME MINISTER,

We the undersigned social workers, are writing this petition in the interest of girls and women’s of India. It is to be noted that, the crime rates like rape and sexual harassment against the minor girls and adult females in India are in continuance apart from  punishments imposed under IPC sections and  enacting new Nirbhaya act in 2013. It is found that, though a severe punishment is implemented in IPC and Nirbhaya act, rapes against minors,girls and women’s are continuing rapidly. Though government has taken several steps and awareness to control sexual harassments’ against minors, girls and women’s some segment of people in India have not adopted it,rather they are exploiting minors,girls and women’s in all the places in the society. As there is no stringent laws like death penalty or castration or public beheading or death by firing squad like in other countries referred above,wherein rape rates are less compared to India. It is very much necessary to implement and execute above referred punishment within a prescribed time. The mode of eliciting the truth on culprits shall be by insisting Narco Analysis Test in Public and Live Relay of the same.The Rape Rate in India is more compared to  other countries like Saudi Arabia. Hence it is very much necessary to implement the Stringent Punishments in India.

WHEREFORE it is humbly requested that, your highness shall take cognizance and take appropriate steps to pass a law adopting the above referred punishments to the culprits who shall commit heinous crimes like rape and other sexual harassment's against minors,girls and women’s.
