The President of the United States of America: Ban all civilian access to guns / semi-automatic weapons
In one year 30,000 to 100,000 people die from gun related incidents. (National Center for Injury Prevention and Control (NCIPC) . and 17,352 people have killed themselves with a handgun. Its easy to get a hold of a gun. Why cant it be easy to get rid of them? Read the statistcs from countries who outright ban any firearms. It's all right there for you to read. No more guns.
Congressmen Elton Gallegly
I just signed the following petition addressed to: Congress.
Ban automatic weapons and enact strict gun control laws
We, the undersigned, will have been guilty of silence If we do nothing after the horrible shootings at the school in Connecticut today. The carrying of semi-automatic weapons and hand guns should be banned from our everyday civilian life. We need stronger legislation enacted into law that would prohibit such actions from occurring in the future. Therefore, we call upon our President, our Congress, and local officials to take a stand and support stricter legislation that would make it crime for carrying of such weapons.
