It is time for our voices to be heard..Mr. Ravi was found guilty on 15 felonies including bias and tampering with evidence and got a slap on the wrist. This is a slap in the face to our justice system by this Judge. The United States gave Mr Ravi an opportunity to succeed in a free and open environment. He used that opportunity to deny that right to Tyler Clementi by committing felonious intimidation with bias, not once, but twice. He has shown no remorse and accepts no responsibility. I quote Speaker Quinn " This is an outrageous slap in the face to all who believe in equal justice for all" We are asking for an appeal of the sentence imposed. He deserves the maximum penalty. How many more victims will there be at the hands of bullies who commit such heinous crimes, and by this Judge setting the stones for these bullies, letting them know they can and will get away with their crimes. My heart goes out to the Clementi family. Deport Dharun Ravi and let this family get some justice for the loss of their son.
