Create "Savannah's Law" - no confidentiality for sexual predictors
It is time that we tell judges that we will not stand for what happen to Savannah and millions of other girls and woman.
Rape is an act of control against someone and takes way their right to chose who, when and if they have relations with someone.
The victims of rape pay for it the rest of their lives and it is not their fault. The vermin that commit the act never pay for it as much as they should.
They should pay for the rest of their lives the same as the victims do. There should be no pea bargains aloud to rape. They should have to do the maximum amount of time in prison. The minimum amount of time should be 25 years.
Mr. President you are a father of two girls how would you feel if god f orbit one of them was to be raped. It happens to 50% of all females.
The vermin that commit this act should give up their right to privacy just like they took away from the victim.
They should have to register as a sex offender when and if they get out of jail. As a man I am tried of have to hear that another female was raped and has to deal with the consequences of being raped.
An then if they have the courage to come forward and report the raped they get raped again and again by the legal system. This is an outrage and should not be.
So I request that you present Savanna's Law to congress. Requiring that their be no gag orders, pea bargains, and no jail sentences aloud.
sexual predictors regardless of age should be charged as an adult for their crimes against woman and have to serve no-less then 25 years in an adult prison.
Let's give some respect to the females of this country and tell them that they will be given Justice for what has happened to them.
It is time we start to protect the rights of the victim of the attack and not the vermin that commit the attack.
