Rehabilitation programs for ex-servicemen are not being implemented properly in India.
When the winter and monsoon sessions of Parliament and States are convened, the two days of the session should be spent on resolving the problems of Vir mata-pita, Vir nari, ex-servicemen, widows and their families. Welfare schemes for Ex-servicemen should be implemented properly.
