No matter what government is in power the citizens of Sri Lanka know that government departments are inefficient and corrupt. This is more rampant in the CEB with retired DGMs controlling the CEB possibly with the patronage of foreign sponsored subversive elements.

The author of this petition is ISO-9001 trained in Service Engineering and qualified technology and management and believes vehemently that the island-wide power disruption on the 3rd of December, 2021 is an act of sabotage/treachery and/or the CEB staff is unqualified and/or corrupt.

We request that a retired or active military official of a higher rank be appointed as a joint department/division head in ALL departments and ministries and all senior positions to monitor trecherous and inefficient activity IMMEDIATELY.

ද්‍රෝහී සහ අකාර්යක්ෂම ක්‍රියාකාරකම් වහාම අධීක්ෂණය කිරීම සඳහා සියලුම දෙපාර්තමේන්තු සහ අමාත්‍යාංශවල සහ සියලුම උසස් තනතුරුවල ඒකාබද්ධ දෙපාර්තමේන්තු/කොට්ඨාශ ප්‍රධානියෙකු ලෙස උසස් නිලයක විශ්‍රාමික හෝ ක්‍රියාකාරී හමුදා නිලධාරියෙකු පත් කරන ලෙස අපි ඉල්ලා සිටිමු.
