In article 18 of the Polish constitution, we can read "Marriage as a relationship between a woman and a man, family, motherhood and parenthood are under the protection and care of the Republic of Poland."
It follows that a marriage is a relationship of a woman and a man.
In Poland, weddings, which are regulated by law, are not yet legal for the people of the same sex.
It is sad and this is an example of discrimination.
If heterosexual people have the possibility to marry a person of the opposite sex then people of other sexual orientations should be able to marry a person of the same sex.
Orientation is something nobody can choose. You can't choose Your orientation. Discrimination against people by something that they can't choose or change is against the fundamental human rights and moral norms.
It's time to end the discrimination.

The Polish Lower House (Sejm) should legalize the marriage of two people of the same sex.
