THE PEOPLES PETITION TO REVOKE AND ABOLISH


WE THE PEOPLE of the United States of America, come together, as one body and one voice, bearing the ultimate authority and power, vested in us by Constitutional laws, over our Federal Government and their respective Departments and agencies, to protect ourselves, each other, our States, the Constitution and this Nation against abuses of powers, tyranny, absolute despotism, encroachments and subversion of our Constitution by the Executive, Legislative and the judiciary branches within the Federal Government of the United States.


THE PEOPLE'S DECLARATION TO REVOKE AND ABOLISH

AS SWORN AND BOUND TO UPHOLD THE CONSTITUTION - We the People call upon
the States Attorney Generals, Governors, National Guard, and Law Enforcement that are constitutional representatives to come to the aid of the U.S. Citizens to revoke and abolish by removing the current government that is committing High Treason against the United States and it’s citizenry.

It is the right and the duty of the "people" to abolish their government, when it no longer represents them.

And this is where we see our selves today. The progressive attack on our nation has now become an all out war for the control of the country.
When, in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the laws of nature and of nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. That whenever any form of government becomes destructive to these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness.
