Have you or a family member ever been placed in handcuffs and arrested without a warrant; personal property searched and seized without a warrant; brought before a local criminal court without the filing of a felony complaint accusing you of a crime; held in a local county jail without bail or an order of commitment; assigned a lawyer who was ineffective; arraigned before a superior court without the filing of an indictment; found guilty upon uncharged crimes; delivered to a State prison without a certificate of conviction showing a sentence pronounced by a Judge; or placed on parole supervision without authority of the New York State Board of Parole? 

The People of the State of New York, I am asking for your support to end State Sponsored Slavery in the County of Nassau and abroad. This evil scheme to facilitate mass incarceration can be resolved by calling upon the Speaker of the New York State Assembly Carl E. Heastie to require my attendance before a legislative committee, to give evidence and testimony identifying those corrupt public servants holding office of trust and profit under them who are in fact sponsoring slavery in the State of New York.

Upon identifying those who are sponsoring slavery, I ask that the New York State Assembly move the Senate for Articles of Impeachment and the removal of these evil people from holding office of trust and profit under them. The outcome would be powerful. A message sent from the People that no one holding office in the State of New York is above the law. 

WHEREFORE, by signing this petition, the People of the State of New York hereby demand that the New York State Assembly Speaker act on this petition to have NahShon Jackson brought before an appropriate legislative committee, for the sole purpose of giving testimony and evidence identifying the names of public servants sponsoring slavery in the County of Nassau and Abroad.
