This is to inform the People of the Victorian Governments intention to close down the basic rights of every landowner in the State.

You may know my Dad Neville and his work partner Mick from the discovery program, Aussie Gold Hunters, the state government has tried many avenues to stop them from conducting not only mining but also farming activities on their own freehold private land through planing and heritage overlays etc.

All Land owners need to fully understand and reject to this interference by the state government of Victoria, over-riding the rightful operations of working on our own freehold lands in Re, that it is fully owned by us, with every right to use those lands for the purposes described within our crown land titled deeds after all, we are being charged by local council shires for those actual primary use rights.

We all must have the right to farm our own land as was recently stated in federal parliament, after the death of an environmental officer in N.S.W in 2018. We as land/property owners, have the right to expect nothing less than to use our lands without any interference, by either local councils/shires, or the state government.

Currently at this time, Heritage Victoria has made application over my dad's freehold private lands, to apparently protect the old mining diggers holes for the visual view of the general public, whilst my dad holds all ownership and also all liabilities of the land, without any form of compensation.

This type of illegal land acquisition, and control over primary use rights, by the state through planning needs cease immediately, and we plead for the public to help support us for this very necessary change.

As it states, our rights are enshrined and wholly protected, within the Federal Federated Constitution of Australia

Please, could you add your support to this petition asap as my dad his work partner (from the 20th of March 2020) only have 40 days to present petitions, submissions and objections, to the Heritage Council Victoria and the state government of Victoria.
