Mayor de Blasio has done an abysmal job of containing the COVID-19 outbreak. He has stuck his head in the sand and refused to take the decisive action necessary to prevent a Lombardy type disaster. Since he has proven himself incapable of managing this crisis, something must be done before it is too late.
