The Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone also known as Chaz/Chop was a zone set up that covered quite some area within the city of Seattle. This zone was free of law enforcement and as a result; trash, feces, vandalism, and the destruction of private and public property took place within this area. Unfortunately people lived in this sector as well as small businesses. Now that the group has left, a big mess has been left in its wake. As a solution, I propose a big clean up operation to bring the community back together. If this doesn’t happen that area may never recover.
