This petition is started by a concerned physician, who is completely against the attempted censoring of Joe Rogan, by some in the medical and scientific field. The issue is not whether we agree or disagree with what he says. I have in the past disagreed with certain things Joe Rogan and his guests have said, but I applaud his open discussion format, that is sadly lacking in many other places in our society, including unfortunately many medical and scientific institutions. 

Hearing and maturely debating viewpoints is something we should be embracing in our field, not seeking to run away from. Censorship and silencing only drives people away and entrenches them further, and is a completely unacceptable way to deal with issues in the United States of America.

On that note, this petition calls for Spotify to uphold the fundamental principles of liberty and free speech, and to not censor Joe Rogan in any way for his open format discussions, which we want to continue hearing.
