END THE HOLOCUST IN THE HEART OF AFRICA!!!

0 have signed. Let’s get to 500!

Presently the United Nation’s estimates that approximately 13 Million Africans are in URGENT need of humanitarian assistance in the Congo.
Another 2 Million African Children are on the verge of starvation. Every hour 48 African Women are raped in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

It is estimated by the UNHCR that at least 621,700 Refugees from the Democratic Republic of Congo were forced to seek safety in over 11 countries, another
1.7 million people fled their homes this year alone and are internally displaced persons!

That’s over 7,500 people per day and the total number of displaced is over 4 million.

How and Why has this humanitarian crisis gone essentially unreported, hidden from world view? See: https://youtu.be/yrivaFUbP4g

The Democratic Republic of Congo, located in the heart of the African continent, is a mineral rich nation with a population of 80 million. A country with strategic access to the sea, making it crucial to imports and exports. The Congo land mass is greater than the whole of Western Europe. It’s capital Kinshasa is situated aside the mighty Congo River, one of the longest most extensive River systems in the world draining Central Africa’s abundant rainfall into the Gulf of Benin, thousands of miles to the West. Yet despite its vast natural resources, the People of the Congo are among the poorest and most destitute population on the planet. Why?

Because of the Congo’s vast mineral wealth and Bio-diversity its territory has been coveted, it’s national development colonized and its people slaughtered for decades, first by the Belgians, and over that past 100 years by France, Britain, and the United States.

Most people in the U.S. and Europe take their hi-tech devices for granted but several types of essential strategic minerals necessary for the modern manufacture, production, and operation of cutting edge weapons system, Computer memory chips, Electronic Equipment, Aircraft, Cars, Cellphones, as well as Diamonds, Gold, Silver, are found underneath the Congo and vast rainforests consisting of exotic timber and plants of pharmaceutical value blanket the Congo’s surface.

To maintain it’s technological superiority Western Nations, especially the United States (as well as China) need unimpeded access to the resources beneath the Congo. In fact, access to Congolese strategic minerals is a “national security” priority of the U.S. government, it’s agencies and Defense industry. The United States, Europe, and the arms merchants of Israel are directly responsible for facilitating the Blood letting in the Congo for access to its raw materials. Mineral Rights are far more important than African lives and human-rights to the governments and Corporation of the United States and Europe.

We, the undersigned individuals and organizations call upon fellow Africans, people of goodwill, progressive organizations, and humanitarian agencies to stand with the people of Congo.

We the undersigned petition our African-American elected officials, members of the Congressional Black Caucus, Black Congressional members on the House and Congressional Foreign Relations Committee, to conduct hearings, convene Town Hall Meetings in their respective jurisdictions to explain U.S. African policies particularly as that policy relates to the humanitarian crisis in the Congo.

We also call upon our Public personalities, Artists and Entertainers, Entrepreneurs and Sports figures to support the creation of a “Pan-African Refugee and Relief Association.” Over a billion dollars in humanitarian aide is needed to address the humanitarian crisis in the Congo. Africans of the Diaspora spent more than that in one week on the movie Black Panther!
