We live in uncertain times. With a heated presidential race, a pandemic that has killed more than 200,000 Americans, and social change occuring across the nation, this is why I wanted to step up and petition for what really matters. 

That's why I'm calling for Ohio State to put up one of Home Depot's 12' Skeletons on the overhang of Morrill Tower to welcome in the month of Halloween (aka October), in preparation for the game against Penn State.

What better way to welcome the hundreds, possibly thousands of Freshman living in the towers each and every morning and night than with a twelve foot giant sized skeleton with "...animated LCD eyes", from our friends at Home Depot.
