I am in strong opposition to any encroachment of a government on the appropriate (often more so than state) education of a child by their parents. It is a fundamental human right that the government has no right to interfere with.

I think parents should have the right to choose, sometimes formal school is not the place for a child. Also if there are bullying issues it is better to walk away because in my experience schools can not really do that much to totally quash it.

1. I firmly believe the State should not override the Parents' rights and responsibilities in bringing up and educate their children;
2. The system seems to go more and more against family values and principles to be instilled in the young generation.

how can an education board have more rights to invade and intrude peoples homes more than even the police?
These new proposals will cause parents who simply want the best for their children to be treated like criminals! To be under investigation as a matter of routine when they have done nothing wrong.
