I didn't realise - until I saw - and really enjoyed (not the poor sods suffering!) Dr. Hinds' videos, that such selfless people look after the guys and gals who race on the roads in Ireland. That he has gone is a great shame - that he has done so much is a great tribute to the man and his colleagues. May he rest

Im a motor biker & a paramedic & I know the importance of rapid response to crash victims. An air ambulance can provide that much needed speed to & from the scene & would definitely improve the patients chances of recovery & survival.
