These refs very clearly have bet on the Bengals this game. They are just making up penalties and missing obvious ones. I refuse to believe they are simply this incompetent, the only thing that makes sense is that they have money on this game. If they aren't fired immediately, the NFL should at least open an investigation. They are ruining the product on the field.
