The class of 2021, waited five years to celebrate their academic achievements; by having a graduation ceremony face to face with their peers. However, the school has declared the decision to have virtual graduation which is unacceptable to both the students and the parents. This petition is done to get enough person to change the decision made by the school. The excuse given is that, covid protocols need to be abided by and our class is too big. However, last year’s cases were much higher and the class size was approximately the same or even more and they STILL had an in person ceremony. Therefore, if the cases are lower and our class size is lower we the students and parents of the class 2021 do not see the need to have a virtual graduation ceremony
