Problem
Every other level of football has more than 4 teams participate in the playoffs. Inviting only 4 teams to the playoffs causes more controversy than is actually needed. It also leaves out teams who have earned their shot though tremendous play all season long.
Solution
Expand the playoffs. This eliminates controversy and settles everything on the field.

Many of us college football fans are tired of having to watch only 4 teams play it out when we know there are more than 4 teams that are capable of competing in the playoffs.
