Nagorno-Karabakh is the western region of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Most of them were occupied by the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia. Historically, the region where the present Azerbaijanis lived. It is one of the areas where Armenians were massly transferred to Azerbaijan since 1820. The Armenian sources are referred to as Arsax. Karabakh is one of the oldest inhabited settlements. In the Azykh cave in this area, the oldest people's dwelling was discovered. This dwelling is proof that Azerbaijan, including Nagorno-Karabakh, the Mediterranean basin and East Africa, is one of the first homeland of humanity. As a historical and ethnographic state Karabakh was included in the Caucasian Albanian state. The state of Safavids created Karabakh Beylerbeyli with the city of Ganja, which covered the territory of the Karabakh historic-ethnographic province. Apparently, while the borders of the state and the administrative state of Azerbaijan were changed in different periods, Karabakh, characterized by its specific material, economic and spiritual culture, continued its development as an ethnographic state. Armenians have committed mass genocide against the Azerbaijani people since 1905. The genocide policy of Armenians against Azerbaijanis has become more tragic in Karabakh. Thus, Karabakh, an integral part of Azerbaijan, was divided into artificial and mountainous parts under the Soviet, and the Azerbaijani leadership was forced to give the Armenians the status of autonomy later on in the Nagorno Karabakh. The roots of the Nagorno-Karabakh problem extend to the ancient times, or to the 18th century. Because Armenians have settled down in the highland and Anatolia as a result of purposeful activity in Karabakh. The gradually growing Armenians also claimed territorial claims. Ethnic conflicts in the region in the late 1980s and early 1990s and Armenia's unification of the NKAA cause a war between Armenia and Azerbaijan. The Armenian army  occupied the NKAO and its seven neighboring districts (Lachin, Kalbajar, Agdam, Fuzuli, Jabrayil, Gubadli, Zangilan). In 1994, a cease-fire agreement was signed in Bishkek. The separatist regime in Nagorno-Karabakh declared independence in 1991. This "independence", does not meet the legal requirements of any international law, has so far not been rightly recognized by any country in the world. It will be a cruel unacceptable and unforgivible crime to recognize it independent and change its name!
