This is a petition to make Pyoid#2912 official owner of the B99 discord server, what the situation is he needs to be a reddit moderator to become a "Captain" and reddit moderation applications have closed, he doesn't have much control over permissions since he's only a lieutenant and the owners are never online so he can't do much with being restricted to his limited perms, if he does get ownership (which he deserves because he and @Call Me Mike are the only ones who are actively modding).

Here's a list of things that Pyoid has already done for the server:

- Stopped Piracy completely: Only mentions of any piracy are "123" and the new mod team deletes them right away.

- Enforcing all the rules: Him and @Call Me Mike actually enforce the rules that are set, before the mod team didn't even care.

- Makes the server active: Channels and the server are more active, when he wasn't a lieutenant, you'd get less than 10 messages a day, but it is now a lot better because he has set up the server properly in order for it to function.

- Has setup discord bots: Which allow users to listen to music, have fun and many other features, Bots like @K-13 help moderators enforce the rules which weren't there before.

- He has organized the server: The server used to just be about 5 channels, but now there is 13!
