Violation of Human Resource policies should be stopped in schools, colleges and banks

There have been clear and forceful violations of human resource policies by schools, colleges, banks - both public sectors and private ones. It seems that the government knows everything and is perfectly aware of the violation of the basic rights and dignities of the people who are into service. Basic rights like leaves, earn leaves, medical attentions and basic rights of a service nomenclature is not followed in the name of higher productivity in all sectors, be it secondary or higher education, or be it in banking or other public as well private sectors. This is just a sign of the days of extreme and vulgar exploitative mechanisms to be implemented by organizations and companies all around the nation. Less employment, automatically leads to the demand of higher productivity from individual employees. This makes the companies and organizations save a lot of money while making a single employee work more than he is paid for and by stripping off his basic rights of human dignity at workplace. It is obvious that the days of late capitalism will result in these extreme working conditions, rightly once portrayed in Chaplin's Modern Times. For the sake of a future where our children can live in dignity without getting their marrows sucked from their bones in the name of profit and capital, we need to put raise our voice. I hope you join me in this war and change the inevitable inhuman future knocking at our doors! Please sign and help the condition of human living. Thanks!
