The fact that a majority of us have not been to school since March 2020, it is unfair for our fears to be disregarded. Not only in that sense but also with INDIA being one of the leading countries in covid cases, the Government still plans to hold exams cause they have always been of more value than it's students lives. Before it were increased suicides and now it's a different disease, both that's certain to take a life but the competitive exams have always held a higher value than any child's live. Each state has no number less than tens of thousands of cases. With these conditions the one time our government had to follow lead with every other country in the world whose cancelled degree exams, but ours can't cancel schools exams. This is not just about missing boards and getting a free pass, but the fact that they refuse to acknowledge the stress and anxiety this puts on every student not to mention the government students who've had only a month to study, the fact that we can't get basic safety and assurance because there has to "efficiency" "competitions" every single time no matter the situation. Teachers have been overworked and stressed, and still there hasn't been any preparation that they are confident of. They know students can't get their scores, some lives literally depend on it. This decides our future, where we go and what we do and it should not be deterred by a government that refuses to acknowledge the problems, problems that can be solved and have been solved every where else. Please cancel all examination, CBSE, ISCE, SCC, etc. It was done last year and it can be done this year, colleges have conducted some forms of examinations which could be the elected marks for final percentages. But writing a full year portion paper at the end of 2 months of online classes is not enough time for anyone to be prepared.
