The illegal awarding of licences to companies where Arc Minerals is it's shareholder and are illegally carrying out explorations in Mwinilunga District of north western province of Zambia for the purpose of just raising funds on London Stock Exchange, funds which are never re invested in Zambia and failing to develop the mining assets which they are using to raise funds.
