Yesterday I decided to try something a little out of the ordinary for me, not talking. I spent the hour of choreo practice without saying a word. Challenging as it was, my character growth and development is off the charts. It was extremely difficult and I know not everyone is as stubborn as I am, so I propose a vow of semi-silence. You whisper unless you can justify it being extremely important, humorous, or quirky. Then, everyone gets to hear the best parts of what is on everyone's mind. For example, Coach Matt's blackout comments would be allowed and enjoyed. Now, I truly believe that if we all join together in this vow, our practices will be shorter and then we can spend more time playing* later. I believe that we can do this, and that it will take us to the top. In a quick summation, think before you speak. Join me on my quest to make learning Spring Sing choreo...easy.
