Having more garbage cans and recycling cans in our Jersey City community on every corner

As seniors from University Academy Charter High School here in Jersey City, NJ, we want to be able to make a change in our community as it's our last year in high school. We care because it's not good to walk in community blocks such as Armstrong Ave, Van Nostrand Ave, Woodland Ave, Linden Ave, Old Bergen Rd, and Fulton Ave unclean. With trash nearby almost every car or sewer and even feces of pets left from when they use the bathroom on the sidewalk. We want to make our community better and not let it rot from everyday pollution. It's our mission to inform people and encourage others to clean up after themselves. We need to improve the environment of Jersey City and the Earth itself.
